This 6-story multi-family facility with ground level retail shops and two levels of underground parking is located Chrurchill Square in St. Johns. The Square contains two parallel rows of shops on each side of a parking area and for years has remained much more uniform on the east row which contains apartments on upper levels. Replacing the small over-parked retail facilities with the proposed building balances out the Square with the increased density of mixed – use development.
